Getting started with AI coaching

Download Claude Desktop

Visit claude.ai/download and install the Claude desktop app. The download page automatically detects your operating system (Mac or Windows) and provides the correct installer.

System requirements: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or higher — Apple Silicon (M1+) recommended for best Cowork performance. Windows 10 or higher (x64 or arm64). Anthropic provides a free Cowork readiness check to verify your system before purchasing.

Claude offers several plans. You'll need one that includes the Cowork feature. Visit claude.ai/pricing to compare options and choose the right plan for you.

Open Cowork

Once installed, open Claude Desktop and select the Cowork option. This is where your coach will live.

Load your coach

Download the coach kit (above), unzip it, and select the unzipped folder in Cowork using the folder icon. Cowork detects the CLAUDE.md file automatically and loads your coach’s identity and guides. No renaming, no pasting, no manual setup.

Install the Chrome connector

Install the Claude Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, Cowork can see your Movegistics CRM screen and take actions alongside you — navigating pages, clicking buttons, and filling forms. This is what turns your coach from an advisor into a hands-on assistant.

Agentic AI tools are affordable — but not free

AI coaches run on third-party AI tools with their own pricing, separate from your Movegistics subscription.

  • The AI Coach content is free. All guides, prompts, and setup instructions from Movegistics are provided at no cost.
  • The AI tool has its own pricing. The AI tool provider (e.g., Anthropic for Claude) charges based on your chosen plan. Plans typically start at a low monthly cost.
  • Usage-based billing. Your cost depends on how much you use the tool. Heavy daily use costs more than occasional questions.
  • Review pricing before signing up. We recommend visiting the AI tool provider's pricing page so you understand how billing works before you commit.
The investment is small relative to the time you'll save. Most customers find that a single complex setup question answered instantly — instead of a 24-hour support ticket wait — pays for a month of AI tool usage.

Do I need to be technical to use an AI coach?
Not at all. If you can copy-paste text and type a question, you can use an AI coach. The setup takes about 10 minutes, and after that you just ask questions in plain English — the same way you would ask a coworker.
Is the AI coach the same as Movegistics support?
No. The AI coach is a self-serve tool powered by our verified documentation. It can answer questions instantly, 24/7. With the Chrome connector, your coach can see your CRM screen and work with your live data — navigating pages, reading fields, and helping you take action. But it does not open support tickets or make changes to your account configuration behind the scenes. For account-specific issues like billing, subscription changes, or bug reports, contact support@netensity.com.
What if the AI coach gives me a wrong answer?
Our coaching content is verified against the live CRM, so inaccuracies are rare. If you do spot one, email support@netensity.com with the subject "AI Coach Feedback" and include the question you asked and the answer you received. We will verify and update the coaching content.
Can the AI coach see my CRM data?
In coaching mode (asking questions), no — it only knows what is in the Movegistics guides. With the Chrome connector, the AI can read what is on your screen to give context-aware help, but it does not store or transmit your data. Your data stays in your browser.
Which AI tool should I use?
We recommend Claude Cowork by Anthropic because we have tested it thoroughly with our content. However, the coaching prompts and guides are plain text — they work with any AI assistant that supports long-context conversations (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Netensity is not affiliated with any AI tool provider.
How much does the AI tool cost?
Movegistics does not charge for the coach content — the guides and prompts are free. The AI tool provider charges separately based on your usage. Plans typically start at a low monthly cost. Visit the provider's pricing page for current rates.
Can I use the AI coach for my whole team?
Yes. Each team member would set up their own AI tool account and load the coach prompt for their role (Admin, Sales, etc.). This way every team member has an expert available without waiting for internal training sessions.
What is the Chrome connector?
The Chrome connector is a browser extension that lets your AI assistant see your screen and interact with the CRM alongside you. Instead of just answering questions, it can walk you through multi-step workflows in real time — navigating screens, reading fields, and guiding you through setup tasks.
What is the MCP connector (coming soon)?
The MCP connector will let your AI tool interact with Movegistics AI directly through APIs — reading and writing data, triggering actions, and automating workflows without clicking through the UI. It is currently in development.
I already have a Movegistics support contract. Why do I need this?
The AI coach and your support contract serve different purposes. Support handles account-specific issues, bugs, and custom configuration. The AI coach handles "how do I" questions instantly — no ticket, no wait. Most customers use both: the coach for everyday questions and support for complex account issues.
Can the AI assistant rename inventory labels based on voice notes?
Yes. When a customer describes items in their own words during a Virtual AI Survey — for example, "that's grandma's rocking chair" — the AI Chrome assistant can scan the inventory, compare AI-assigned labels against voice note references, and suggest renames. The rep reviews and approves each rename. The result: your estimate, crew sheet, and customer communication all use the customer's own language — building trust and reducing move-day confusion.
