New • Launched at IAM 2026 • Booth #401

The onsite survey just went hands-free.

Your estimator puts on a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses, walks the home and talks. By the time they’re back in the car, the inventory is built, and it lands in Movegistics AI.

Smaller move? Your customer films the home on their own phone, with no app. Same AI, same inventory.

Two ways in

One quote-ready inventory, whoever holds the camera.

Pick the right survey for the job. Both land in the same review screen and the same estimate.

New

Your estimator walks it

On site, wearing AI glasses, hands free and talking as they go. Both hands stay free to open a closet or move a chair, and their eyes stay on the home and the family.

  • No typing, no stopping for photos
  • Clips up to 5 minutes per room
  • Remote onsite surveyors can use glasses or any smartphone
A customer films her dining room with her phone
Live since March 2026

Your customer films it

Text a link. Your customer walks their home with a phone, on their own time. No visit, no scheduled video call.

  • No app to download, opens in any phone browser
  • Voice notes flag what isn’t moving
  • Works for residential and commercial moves
How it works

Walk. Talk. Review. Send.

1

Record the walkthrough

Glasses or phone, room by room.

2

Say what matters

What stays, what goes, what needs care. The AI listens and keeps every note with the right item.

3

The AI builds the inventory

Every item found, sized and tagged, cartons recommended, and a summary with risks and estimator tips.

4

Your rep reviews and sends

Nothing reaches the estimate until your estimator or sales rep has checked it.

“half the garage goes”“sofa stays”“truck can park in the driveway”
Review dashboard listing every item in the home with size, weight and handling tags
What the AI does

The detail of an onsite survey, without the clipboard.

Every item, sized and tagged

Volume, weight and handling tags like fragile, heavy and needs a crate, with specific labels instead of “miscellaneous.”

Cartons from what it sees

Carton recommendations based on what’s in the cabinets, closets, shelves and pantry.

Listens for stays and goes

Items that stay behind or go to donation are noted and kept out of the estimate.

Captures access

Stairs, elevators and parking are picked up from what’s said on video.

Fills in your questionnaire

When something said on video answers a question, the answer fills itself in. Your rep sees every answer in review.

Every item backed by video

Each item is boxed in the video frame, with the customer’s own words kept beside it. Rewind, verify, adjust.

Built-in questionnaire

Captures what the camera can’t.

Floor level, elevator type, long carries, shuttle needs and access restrictions decide crew size, equipment and price. The questionnaire captures them before the quote goes out.

  • 25+ default questions, fully customizable, loaded by move type
  • Branching follow-ups up to three levels deep. A “yes” to a piano asks the type, the floor and the path out
  • Every answer lands beside the inventory, with no retyping
Straight into Movegistics AI

From walkthrough to estimate, with no re-keying.

The finished inventory lands in Movegistics AI room by room, with piece counts, cubic footage, weight and packing materials, ready to price.

  • Review, add, remove and adjust before you finalize
  • Download the cube sheet as a PDF to attach to the estimate

Move-Day Audit

Your crew lead walks the home on move day, and the same AI checks it against the signed estimate, so a scope change is documented before the truck is loaded.

    FAQ

    Questions movers actually ask.

    Movegistics AI and HomeSurvey.ai

Is the AI survey built into Movegistics AI?

Yes. AI surveys run natively inside Movegistics AI and are powered by HomeSurvey.ai, a HelixIQ product. Surveys appear automatically as new leads, with no setup and no CSV exports, and the inventory and cube sheet land on the same lead.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. It is 100% browser-based. Your customer taps the text link, the camera opens, and they walk room by room. No install and no account.

    How long does it take?

Under 10 minutes for the AI to return a complete cube sheet. From sending the link to a quote-ready inventory is typically under 30 minutes, including the customer’s walkthrough.

Does anything reach my customer without review?

No. Your estimator or sales rep reviews and corrects the inventory before anything reaches the estimate.

Can I use it with a CRM other than Movegistics?

Yes. HomeSurvey.ai connects to other CRMs through our open API, and you can always download the cube sheet PDF and attach it to your estimate.

    Onsite surveys with AI glasses

    Do I need the glasses?

No. Your customer can film the home on any phone, with no app, and the AI builds the same inventory. The glasses are for onsite surveys your estimator walks.

    Which glasses work?

Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. We built and tested with the Gen 3. Glasses are sold separately unless you take the launch offer.

How does the video get from the glasses into Movegistics AI?

Your estimator records one clip per room, walking and talking. The clips go to the camera roll of the phone paired with the glasses. From that phone, you upload them into the same survey, and the AI builds one inventory for the whole home on the lead.

How long can each clip be?

The glasses record at 1080p and 30 frames per second, with clips up to 5 minutes, which covers most rooms in one pass. The AI picks up small items as well as furniture.

How long does the battery last?

In our testing, 30 to 35 one-minute clips per full charge. The glasses recharge in their case: in our test, 10 minutes in the case took them from empty to about 30%, and empty to full takes about 50 minutes.

Can remote onsite surveyors use this?

Yes. Send them a link, and they can use AI glasses or any smartphone.

Why glasses instead of a phone?

Both hands stay free to open closets or move a chair, there’s no typing or stopping for photos, visits are shorter for the family, and your estimator keeps their eyes on the home and the people in it.

    The launch offer

What exactly is the launch offer?

Buy a pack of 100, 200 or 300 surveys and pay by Saturday, October 24, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific, and you get one pair of Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 3) glasses for your company, or 25 bonus surveys instead. Launch packs also include onsite surveys with the glasses at no add-on charge for the life of the pack.

    How do I claim it?

Email info@netensity.com, reply to your account manager, or contact support@netensity.com. We’ll set it up on your account. Existing customers qualify on the first pack of 100 or more surveys you buy during the offer. Auto-recharges don’t qualify.

Do I have to be at IAM?

No. The offer runs at Booth #401 and by email through October 24. Email info@netensity.com, reply to your account manager, or contact support@netensity.com.

Do I get a pair for each pack?

One pair per company, whatever the pack size. The 200 and 300 packs earn the glasses at a lower price per survey.

When do my surveys start working?

The moment you pay. You don’t have to wait for the glasses.

Which styles can I choose, and when do they arrive?

Wayfarer, Aviator or Zena, subject to stock. Prescription lenses aren’t included. Glasses ship to US addresses in about 3 to 4 weeks after we receive your style and address; that is an estimate, not a guarantee. Outside the US, you get 25 bonus surveys instead.

    Are survey packs refundable?

No, survey packs aren’t refundable. Credits last 12 months, so nothing you buy goes to waste in a slow month.

    Pricing and credits

    What counts as one survey?

One completed survey of a home, however many rooms it has. Sending a link is free: a credit is used only when the survey is completed. While a link is open its credit is held, and it comes back if the link goes unused.

    Do credits expire?

Packs bought from October 19, 2026 are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits bought before then keep their original terms.

    Is there a monthly commitment?

No. Buy a pack and use it whenever you need it within the year.

Does an onsite survey with the glasses cost more?

Launch packs bought by October 24 include glasses surveys at no add-on charge for the life of the pack. After October 24, a survey filmed with the glasses uses two credits. Surveys filmed on a phone always use one credit, whoever films them.

    What the AI does

What does the AI actually do?

It finds and sizes every item with volume, weight and handling tags (fragile, heavy, needs a crate), recommends cartons from what it sees in cabinets and closets, listens for what stays and what goes, captures access like stairs and parking, and writes a summary with risks and estimator tips.

    What is voice-note auto-exclude?

While the video is recording, say something like “the lamp on the left is going to my mom’s,” and the AI takes that lamp out of the quote, with a note attached.

Does it fill in my questionnaire?

Yes. When something said on video answers a question in your questionnaire, for example “two flights of stairs” or “piano in the den,” the AI fills in that answer. Your rep sees every answer in review.

    How accurate is it?

Run it on a real job and review the cube sheet side by side with your own survey. Use the form on this page and we’ll set it up with you.

Does it work for office moves?

Yes. Office moves get desks, workstations, IT equipment and files.

Does it work outside the United States?

Yes. Surveys work worldwide, in imperial or metric units, and your customer only needs a phone browser.

    What is Scan for Estimate?

A QR code on your website. Customers scan it, answer four quick questions, and get a link to a 5-minute video survey. The lead lands in Movegistics AI first, then the inventory and cube sheet on the same lead. It launches for movers after IAM.

    When is Move-Day Audit available?

It’s coming soon. Your crew lead walks the home on move day, and the AI checks it against the signed estimate.
