← All Comparisons

Movegistics AI has been building software for moving companies since 2010: 16 years, 6,000+ moving operators worldwide including All My Sons across 100+ locations, and over $3B in payments processed annually. The platform runs the whole job: AI virtual surveys that build the inventory, tariffs for local, interstate, commercial and international lanes, QR item tracking, warehouse mapping, a native crew app and per-job margin reporting. Elromco, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, has built a genuinely strong customer-facing sales flow: instant online quotes on the mover’s own website, a client portal that recalculates the price as the customer edits their move, and booking with e-signature and deposit in a single pass. More than 600 moving companies run on its platform, now called MoveBoard (per elromco.com/about, October 2026), and the company reports 350,000+ jobs managed, with ratings of 4.7 on Capterra and Software Advice and 4.8 on GetApp (job count and ratings supplied by Elromco, 14 August 2026).

The two platforms are strongest at opposite ends of the same job. Elromco optimizes the moment a customer lands on your website and wants a price. Movegistics AI optimizes everything that happens after that moment: the inventory, the tariff, the warehouse, the crew on move day, and the margin report that tells you whether the job made money. Which end matters more depends on where your revenue is leaking. This comparison is based on each vendor’s own published materials as of October 27, 2026.

Feature Comparison Table

Feature Movegistics AI Elromco Verdict
AI Virtual Surveys Native, via HomeSurvey.ai. Customer records a walkthrough on their own phone; AI returns a quote-ready cube sheet. Inventories built to a senior estimator’s standard. AI inventory from the customer’s photos in the portal (Build with AI). Elromco states it doesn’t do video walkthrough surveys (per elromco.com/features/inventory and elromco.com/compare/movegistics). Different AI approaches. Movegistics builds the inventory from a video walkthrough; Elromco from customer photos.
AI Assistant & Writing Not a platform-wide assistant on message fields. Movegistics AI applies its AI to the inventory and to in-platform guidance instead. Ed, an AI assistant in every plan, answers questions from the company’s own orders and numbers and drafts texts, tasks and status changes for a person to confirm. Message boxes add tone change, polish, translation and speech-to-text (per elromco.com/features/ai). Elromco. A real capability Movegistics AI does not match today.
Self-Serve Quote & Booking Estimates are rep-built or survey-driven, with e-signature and deposit collection supported. An embeddable instant-quote widget and a single-pass self-serve booking flow are not publicly documented. Embeddable widget on the mover’s existing site returns a real dollar amount with crew, trucks and estimated hours; from that quote the customer picks a date, signs electronically and pays a deposit to lock it in (per elromco.com/features/online-quotes). Elromco. Their strongest documented differentiator, and the clearest reason to choose them.
Customer Portal & Job Visibility Customer portal documented, plus automated customer communications and a customer-facing QR inventory portal on interstate and storage shipments. Customer-driven live quote recalculation and a dedicated public tracker page are not publicly documented. Portal on the mover’s own URL and branding. Customers change their own move and the order is re-priced and logged, alongside a job tracker that follows each stage from Received through Completed (per elromco.com/features/client-portal and /features/job-tracker). Both ship a customer portal. Elromco on live recalculation and the public stage tracker; Movegistics AI on customer-visible item-level inventory.
Pricing Architecture Five service types: Local (hourly), Intrastate, Interstate (TechMate 400N/400NG with Wheaton, Atlas and North American carrier integration), Commercial (line items), International (FCL/LCL by country). Hourly rates by season level, with separate grids for residential, commercial and military moves; flat-rate; and long-distance pricing by mileage, 400N-style tariff, single factor, cubic foot, flat rate or regions (per elromco.com/features/pricing-engine). Van line carrier integration, international FCL/LCL and commercial line-item pricing are not publicly documented. Both ship a long-distance tariff engine with 400N-style pricing. Movegistics AI for van line carrier integration, international lanes and commercial line items.
Item-Level Tracking QR inventories across interstate and storage shipments: six-stage pipeline, mobile scanning, offline mode, customer-facing portal. Storage tracked by facility, unit and tenant, with item details and locations recorded on the tenant. Elromco states MoveBoard does not scan barcodes (per elromco.com/features/storage). Movegistics AI. Item-level QR scanning across the full shipment pipeline with a customer portal; Elromco tracks storage by unit and tenant.
Warehouse Visualization Interactive 2D floor-plan mapping with vault placement, live occupancy and Warehouse Builder. A Units board showing each unit with its tenants and the room left; tenants are dragged into and between units (per elromco.com/features/storage). Both show units and occupancy visually. Movegistics AI on a scaled floor plan with vault placement.
Storage Billing Recurring storage billing with automated invoice generation. Automatic monthly storage invoices, recurring cycles, late fees and payment reminders. Parity.
Crew / Field App Native iOS and Android Crew App with offline mode: job details, digital paperwork, signatures, photo documentation, time tracking and payments. Mover’s Portal in the phone’s browser, with no app store install. It keeps working when the signal drops: today’s jobs are saved on the phone and changes send once the signal is back. Foreman tools include the eBOL, release forms, change orders, damage photos and card payment (per elromco.com/features/crew-portal). Different deployment models. Movegistics AI on native iOS and Android apps; Elromco on zero-install onboarding. Both document working through a dropped signal.
eBOL → Payroll Automation Complete Job fires five server-side processes: BOL generated, income posted, crew payroll auto-calculated from clock-in data, material costs recorded, Work Order set to Complete. Payroll is made the moment a job is completed, for the salesperson, the foreman and every helper (per elromco.com/features/payroll). Elromco further states that on foreman BOL submit the job closes, payroll calculates and the invoice sends automatically (supplied by Elromco, 14 August 2026). Parity on payroll. Elromco on the automatic invoice send: Movegistics AI releases the Work Order to invoicing as a separate step.
Automation Engine Three parallel systems (Email Rules, Text Rules, Tag Rules) across 9 modules with 23 distinct triggers and 77 message placeholders. Event-driven triggers on leads, bookings, jobs and payments, chaining emails, SMS, task creation and internal notifications. No trigger, rule or placeholder counts published. Movegistics AI on documented depth.
Multi-Branch Management Settings, pricing policies, tariffs, permissions and reporting scoped per location. Included. Unified cross-branch dashboard, per-branch pricing, templates, crew and business rules, role-scoped access and branch-by-branch reporting (per elromco.com/features/multi-branch). Enterprise plan only. Comparable feature sets. Movegistics AI on tier placement: Elromco gates multi-branch behind the higher plan.
Lead Capture & Attribution Dedicated Lead module with its own pipeline. At qualification the lead morphs into a Work Request (same record promoted), carrying UTM Source, Medium, Campaign, Term and Content plus GCLID, FBCLID and Google Measurement ID through the conversion, filterable as Custom View columns. Leads from the website, the AI Receptionist, Angi, HomeAdvisor and the customer portal, with behavioural lead scoring across 20 customer actions into hot, warm and cold bands (per elromco.com/features/crm and /features/lead-scoring). Google Ads click IDs (gclid) are kept with the quote and reported back to Google as conversions (per elromco.com/features/google-ads); UTM and FBCLID capture and cost-per-lead attribution are not publicly documented. Both capture lead source; Elromco adds behavioural scoring and Google Ads conversion reporting. Movegistics AI on the full UTM, GCLID and FBCLID chain carried into the job record.
Reporting & Margin Visibility Custom dashboards across every module, Estimated vs. Actual Sales, a per-job View Margins button aggregating payroll, packing, commissions and fuel in one click, commission reports, and an Unbilled Customers sweep that catches completed jobs with no invoice. Revenue by move type, branch, crew and lead source; crew performance; conversion by source; multi-branch rollup; role-based dashboards; and job profitability analysis with cost-of-service inputs (per elromco.com/features/reporting). Automatic under/over estimate tracking compares actual job time against the original estimate (per elromco.com/features/job-tracker). Payroll applies each person’s own rates and commissions and splits tips evenly (per elromco.com/features/payroll). An unbilled-revenue sweep (completed jobs with no invoice) is not publicly documented. Both report revenue, job profitability and estimate-versus-actual. Elromco measures it against job time; Movegistics AI against sales and margin, and adds a sweep for jobs that were never invoiced.
In-Platform AI Guidance Built-in AI Coach trained on 1,000+ pages of documentation, with ten role-based coaches (Admin, Sales, Marketing, Surveyor, Operations, Crew, Billing, DI Dispatch, DI Local Crew and Warehouseman) answering “how do I do this” inside the product. Ed, the AI assistant in every plan, answers how-to questions from the Help Center with a link to the screen, and questions about the company’s own orders and numbers (per elromco.com/features/ai). Free onboarding, training, data migration and unlimited support are published on both plans. Both ship in-platform AI help. Movegistics AI on role-based coaching; Elromco on answers from your own data.
Integrations & Open API QuickBooks, Twilio, MailChimp, Stripe, Authorize.net, Google Calendar, Zapier and an Open REST API for custom development. Integrations listed include RingCentral, Twilio, Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor, Authorize.net and Stripe, plus QuickBooks Online and a lead API for any provider (per elromco.com/integrations). Custom integrations and API access are on the Enterprise plan (per elromco.com/pricing). Parity on the standard accounting, telephony and payment stack. Elromco places API access on Enterprise.
User Model Quoted on request. Seat and user structure are not published. Unlimited crew on both plans. Office users: 3 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise (per elromco.com/pricing). Elromco publishes its user tiers; Movegistics AI quotes on request.
Published Pricing CRM quoted on request. AI surveys published at $14 to $25 per survey by pack size, most popular $20 (per homesurvey.ai). SMS at $50 per 1,000 messages. Professional $289/mo, Enterprise $399/mo. No setup fees; free onboarding, training, unlimited support and data migration on both plans. Elromco on CRM pricing transparency. They publish the full platform price; we publish AI survey pricing only.
Included SMS Not included, $50 per 1,000 messages. 500/mo Professional, 1,000/mo Enterprise; overage at $0.025 each, stated at carrier cost. Elromco.
Scale & History 16 years (since 2010), 6,000+ moving operators worldwide, enterprise references including All My Sons at 100+ locations. Founded 2015, Canton, Massachusetts. 600+ moving companies (per elromco.com/about). 350,000+ jobs managed. Rated 4.7 on Capterra and Software Advice, 4.8 on GetApp (supplied by Elromco, 14 August 2026). Both are established platforms with real customer bases.

Key Differences, Explained

1

AI: Video Surveys vs. Photo Inventory and an Assistant

Both platforms ship AI, and the two implementations solve different problems well enough that “which has better AI” is the wrong question.

Elromco puts AI in two places. Ed, an AI assistant included in every plan, answers questions from the company’s own orders and numbers and drafts texts, tasks and status changes for a person to confirm. And every message box can change the tone, polish the wording, translate and turn speech into text (per elromco.com/features/ai). For a dispatcher writing forty customer messages a day in a second language, or a coordinator who wants a rough note turned into a professional email, that is meaningful time saved across the whole day. It is a real capability and Movegistics AI does not match it today.

Movegistics AI puts its AI at the inventory. Virtual AI Surveys, powered by HomeSurvey.ai, let the customer record a walkthrough on their own phone with no rep in the home and no scheduled video call. The AI returns a quote-ready cube sheet, built to a senior estimator’s standard, and the inventory lands directly in the Movegistics estimate. Elromco’s AI inventory works differently: customers take or upload photos room by room in their portal, and the AI suggests items from the mover’s own item library. Elromco states it doesn’t do video walkthrough surveys (per elromco.com/compare/movegistics).

Movegistics AI: AI at the inventory
  • Customer records the walkthrough on their own phone, no app download
  • AI returns a quote-ready cube sheet, built to a senior estimator’s standard
  • Inventory flows straight into the estimate, dispatch and Crew App
  • No estimator drive time and no scheduled video call
  • Move-day variance audit to catch unbilled items (launching end of November 2026)
Elromco: AI in the assistant and the message box
  • Tone adjustment: formal, friendly, professional or concise
  • Instant two-way translation on inbound and outbound messages
  • Ed, an AI assistant that answers from your own orders and numbers
  • One-click grammar, spelling and clarity polish
  • Speech-to-text in every message box
  • AI inventory from the customer’s photos in the portal
  • Included on both plans
Verdict: If your bottleneck is the survey (estimator windshield time, no-show video calls, cube sheets that don’t match the truck), Movegistics AI addresses it directly. If your bottleneck is the volume of everyday customer writing, Elromco addresses that directly.
2

The Front Door: Instant Online Quotes vs. Survey-Led Estimating

This is Elromco’s best documented work and it deserves to be stated plainly rather than hedged.

A customer lands on an Elromco-powered mover’s website, fills in the quote widget, and sees a real dollar amount on screen with crew, trucks and estimated hours, no phone call needed. They can open a branded portal on that mover’s own URL, change the inventory, the date or the address, and watch the price recalculate instantly. Then they pick a date, e-sign and pay a deposit in one flow, and follow the job on a live job tracker. The quote form installs with one line of code and comes in short, long and single-page versions, so a mover can trade form length against pricing precision (per elromco.com/features/online-quotes). For a high-volume local residential operation competing on speed of response, that flow converts.

Movegistics AI’s front door is built around a different assumption: that the inventory needs to be right before the price is binding. The path runs lead capture with full UTM, GCLID and FBCLID attribution, into a Work Request, into a survey (AI virtual, onsite app, or CRM) and then into an estimate priced against the correct service-type architecture. It is more steps to a number, and the number carries more confidence behind it.

Elromco notes that hourly quotes are a range by design, and that customers can build their full inventory later in the portal, which updates the quote. The trade-off between form length and quote precision is real on any instant-quote tool, and it is the same trade-off a survey is designed to remove.
Verdict: Elromco wins the first sixty seconds. Movegistics AI wins the accuracy of what gets quoted. Which matters more depends on whether your losses come from slow response or from underquoted jobs.
3

Pricing Model: Published Tiers vs. Quote on Request

Elromco publishes its full platform prices. Movegistics AI publishes its AI survey pricing but quotes the CRM on request. On the CRM, that is a straightforward advantage for the buyer and we should say so.

Elromco Professional is $289/month and Elromco Enterprise is $399/month, with no setup fees and free onboarding, training, unlimited support and data migration on both. Published extras: a website build at $99/month, extra branches at $99/month each on Enterprise, texts beyond the included allowance at $0.025 each (stated at cost), and the AI Receptionist on a prepaid balance (per elromco.com/pricing).

One detail matters when you compare the tiers. Professional includes three office users and one location; unlimited office users and multi-branch management both start at Enterprise. Crew members are unlimited on both plans. So for a multi-branch operation the flat-rate comparison is against $399/month, not $289.

Movegistics AI quotes CRM pricing on request. AI survey pricing is published on homesurvey.ai: $14 to $25 per survey depending on pack size, with the most popular pack at $20 per survey (packs of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300 surveys). SMS is billed at $50 per 1,000 messages.

Verdict: Elromco, clearly, on CRM pricing transparency. A mover can budget the whole platform from their website in two minutes; from ours, only the AI survey pricing.
4

Service Types: Van Line and International vs. Local and Long-Distance

Both platforms ship a long-distance tariff engine, and it is worth being precise about where they diverge rather than implying Elromco has none.

Elromco’s pricing engine documents hourly rates by crew size, trucks and season level, with separate grids for residential, commercial and military moves, flat-rate pricing, and long-distance pricing by mileage, 400N-style tariff, single factor, cubic foot, flat rate or regions (per elromco.com/features/pricing-engine). For a mover running local work and cross-country moves under their own authority, that covers the ground.

Movegistics AI enforces five distinct service types, each with its own pricing method: Local (hourly), Intrastate, Interstate, Commercial (line items) and International (FCL/LCL by country). The interstate path runs TechMate 400N and 400NG tariff pricing with Wheaton, Atlas and North American carrier integration. Van line carrier integration, international FCL/LCL pricing and commercial line-item pricing are not publicly documented in Elromco’s materials.

Verdict: For local and straightforward long-distance residential work the two are comparable. For a mover with van line authority, an international lane, or a commercial book priced by line item, that is the whole decision.
5

Inventory & Warehouse: Shipment-Wide QR vs. Unit-Level Storage

Both platforms document storage billing, and for straightforward warehouse operations they are closer than a feature list suggests.

Elromco tracks storage by facility, unit and tenant. The Storage page’s Units tab draws units as a board with each unit’s tenants and the room left, and tenants are dragged into and between units. Item details and locations are recorded on the tenant, and Elromco states MoveBoard does not scan barcodes. Each tenant is billed monthly on their own date, with autopay, late fees and reminders handled automatically (per elromco.com/features/storage).

Movegistics AI’s difference is scope rather than existence. QR inventories follow items across interstate and storage shipments through a six-stage pipeline with offline scanning and a customer-facing portal, so the chain of custody extends beyond the four walls of the warehouse. Smart 2D Warehouse adds an interactive floor plan with vault placement and live occupancy, built in Warehouse Builder, rather than a unit board.

Verdict: Parity on storage billing. Movegistics AI for item-level QR scanning and for operations that need chain of custody across the whole shipment, or a warehouse floor they can lay out and see.
6

Move Day: Native App vs. Zero-Install Mobile Web

Both platforms put a full set of foreman tools in the crew’s hands on move day, and both auto-calculate payroll off the closed job. The difference is how the software gets onto the phone.

Elromco’s Mover’s Portal runs in the phone’s browser with no app store install, and it keeps working when the signal drops: today’s jobs are saved on the phone and changes send once the signal is back. One screen covers the job: the bill of lading with times, signatures, materials and payment, release forms and change orders signed on the phone, damage photos, foreman notes, and card payment through Stripe or Authorize.net (per elromco.com/features/crew-portal). For a company with high crew turnover or a lot of day labor, handing someone a link instead of an install is a real operational advantage.

Movegistics AI ships native iOS and Android apps with true offline mode, so a crew in a basement, a freight elevator or a rural dead zone keeps working and syncs on reconnect. When the supervisor taps Complete Job, five server-side processes fire: the BOL generates, income posts, crew payroll auto-calculates from clock-in data, material costs record, and the Work Order flips to Complete. Releasing that Work Order to invoicing is a separate office step; Elromco states their invoice sends automatically on BOL submit.

An earlier version of this page described Movegistics AI’s payroll chain as less automated than Elromco’s. That was wrong in our own disfavour, and it is corrected here: both platforms auto-generate crew payroll the moment the job closes.
Verdict: Elromco for zero-install crew onboarding. Movegistics AI for native iOS and Android crew apps. Both document working through a dropped signal.
7

Multi-Branch: Included vs. Enterprise Tier

Multi-location is core to Movegistics AI. Settings, pricing policies, tariffs, permissions and reporting are all scoped per location, and a significant share of our customer base runs multiple branches, including franchise networks operating across many markets.

Elromco’s multi-branch capability is real and well specified: a single dashboard across all branches, per-branch pricing, templates, crew assignments and business rules, one-click job reassignment between locations, role-scoped access so branch managers see their location and owners see everything, and reporting that compares revenue and conversion branch by branch. The difference is where it sits: multi-branch management is on the Enterprise plan at $399/month, and Professional at $289/month lists one location.

Verdict: Comparable capability. Movegistics AI includes it rather than tiering it.
8

After the Booking: Attribution, Margin and the Money

A booked job is where Elromco’s documented strength ends and the harder questions start: which ad produced it, what it actually cost to run, and whether anybody invoiced it.

Elromco documents the reporting a mover needs to see the business: revenue by move type, branch, crew and lead source, crew performance, conversion by source, a multi-branch rollup, role-based dashboards, and job profitability analysis with cost-of-service inputs (per elromco.com/features/reporting). On the lead side it brings in leads from the website, the AI Receptionist, Angi, HomeAdvisor and the customer portal, and scores leads behaviourally across 20 customer actions into hot, warm and cold bands (per elromco.com/features/crm and /features/lead-scoring). That behavioural scoring is a real capability, and it is not something Movegistics AI publishes an equivalent of.

Elromco keeps the Google Ads click ID (gclid) with the quote and reports booked moves back to Google as conversions (per elromco.com/features/google-ads). UTM and FBCLID capture are not publicly documented on its site. Movegistics AI captures UTM Source, Medium, Campaign, Term and Content along with GCLID, FBCLID and the Google Measurement ID on the lead record, and carries all of it through the morph into a Work Request, so the click that produced a booked, completed, paid job stays attached to it and can be filtered as a column on the job list. “Google” as a lead source tells you the channel. The click ID tells you the campaign, the ad group and the cost.

The money side is closer than it first looked. Elromco publishes job profitability with cost-of-service inputs, and documents automatic under/over estimate tracking that compares actual job time against the original estimate (per elromco.com/features/job-tracker, confirmed by Elromco 18 September 2026). Movegistics AI measures variance against sales and margin rather than time, and adds a per-job View Margins button that aggregates payroll, packing, commissions and fuel in one click, plus an Unbilled Customers sweep that surfaces completed jobs no one ever invoiced. For a company running a few hundred jobs a year, unbilled revenue is usually the largest single number nobody is looking at.

Verdict: Elromco reports the business well and scores leads out of the box. Movegistics AI goes one layer deeper on both ends: paid-campaign attribution into the job record, and margin, commission and unbilled-revenue reporting out of it.

Who Fits Each Platform

Choose Movegistics AI if you…

  • Want AI to build the inventory from a customer’s own video walkthrough, not just from photos
  • Run interstate moves under van line authority and need TechMate 400N/400NG tariff pricing with carrier integration
  • Handle international moves and need FCL/LCL pricing by country
  • Price commercial work by line item rather than by hour or flat rate
  • Need chain of custody on items across the whole shipment, not just in and out of the warehouse
  • Operate a warehouse you want to lay out and see: interactive floor plan with vault placement and live occupancy
  • Want native iOS and Android crew apps rather than a browser-based portal
  • Run multiple branches and want per-location tariffs, permissions and reporting without a tier upgrade
  • Need automation depth measured in triggers across modules rather than follow-up sequences
  • Need to know which ad campaign produced a booked job, not just which channel: UTM and click-ID attribution carried into the job record
  • Want per-job margin, estimate-versus-actual variance and a sweep that catches completed jobs nobody invoiced
  • Are scaling toward or past 100 locations and want a platform with enterprise references at that size

Choose Elromco if you…

  • Want instant online quotes on your website that customers can act on at 11pm, and book, e-sign and pay a deposit in the same pass, with no manual confirmation step
  • Want a client portal where customers change their own inventory and see the price update live
  • Want a live, stage-by-stage job tracker as a standard part of the experience
  • Want an AI assistant that answers from your own data, an AI receptionist on the phone, and AI help with everyday writing
  • Have high crew turnover and want field tools that open from a link with no app store install
  • Want published, flat, budgetable pricing you can evaluate without a sales call
  • Run primarily local and long-distance residential work without van line, international or commercial line-item requirements
  • Want free onboarding, training, data migration and unlimited support with no tiering on support itself
  • Are a single-location operation where the $289 Professional plan covers the whole business

The Bottom Line

Movegistics AI is built for the part of the job that gets complicated: AI surveys that produce the inventory from a customer’s own video, five service-type pricing architectures including van line tariff and international lanes, QR chain of custody across the whole shipment, interactive warehouse mapping, multi-branch without a tier gate, and attribution and margin reporting that follow a lead from the ad click through to whether the job made money. Sixteen years and 6,000+ moving operators is what that depth was built from.

Elromco is a well-built platform with a customer-facing sales flow that is better than ours in specific, documented ways, and a pricing page a mover can actually budget from. Movers who buy Elromco for instant online quotes and the live-recalculating portal are buying something real, and this page says so because it is true.

If Elromco is one of several platforms on your shortlist, the complete side-by-side comparison sets them all against the same capabilities.

The decision is often straightforward: if your losses come from slow quote response on local residential jobs, Elromco’s front door is hard to beat at $289. If your losses come from bad inventory, mispriced van line lanes, or a warehouse you can’t see, that’s what Movegistics AI was built for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Elromco include AI virtual surveys?

Elromco’s AI inventory reads the customer’s photos in the portal and suggests items from the mover’s own item library, and Elromco states it doesn’t do video walkthrough surveys (as of October 27, 2026). Elromco also includes Ed, an AI assistant, in every plan. Movegistics AI includes Virtual AI Surveys natively via HomeSurvey.ai, with inventories built to a senior estimator’s standard.

How much does Elromco cost compared to Movegistics AI?

Elromco publishes two plans: Professional at $289/month and Enterprise at $399/month, with no setup fees and free onboarding, training, support and data migration. Note that Elromco’s Professional plan includes three office users and one location; unlimited office users and multi-branch management begin at Enterprise. Crew members are unlimited on both Elromco plans. Movegistics AI quotes CRM pricing on request rather than publishing seat tiers, and publishes AI survey pricing ($14 to $25 per survey) on homesurvey.ai.

Does Elromco support multi-branch operations?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan at $399/month, with per-branch pricing and templates, role-scoped access and branch-by-branch reporting. The Professional plan at $289/month lists one location. Movegistics AI scopes settings, pricing policies, tariffs, permissions and reporting per location as standard rather than as a tier.

Which platform is better for interstate moves?

Both ship a long-distance tariff engine. Elromco documents mileage, region and 400N-style tariffs, among others. Movegistics AI adds TechMate 400N/400NG van line tariff pricing with Wheaton, Atlas and North American carrier integration, which is what a mover operating under van line authority needs. For cross-country work under your own authority, either will price the job.

Which platform has the better crew app?

They take different approaches. Elromco’s Mover’s Portal runs in the phone’s browser with no app store install, saves today’s jobs on the phone when the signal drops, and covers the eBOL, signatures, damage photos and card payment. Movegistics AI ships native iOS and Android apps with offline mode. Both auto-calculate crew payroll the moment the job is marked complete. Choose on whether your constraint is crew onboarding or connectivity.

Which platform is better for small local moving companies?

Elromco has a strong case here: $289/month flat and published, with free onboarding and unlimited support, plus the instant-quote and online-booking flow that helps a small team compete on response speed. Movegistics AI’s AI Survey Packs include the sales workspace, and AI surveys are published at $14 to $25 per survey depending on pack size (most popular $20, per homesurvey.ai), which suits a small operator whose constraint is estimator time rather than website conversion.

Which platform gives better visibility into marketing spend and job margin?

Elromco documents revenue and conversion by lead source, crew performance, multi-branch rollups and job profitability analysis with cost-of-service inputs, plus behavioural lead scoring across 20 customer actions. Elromco keeps Google Ads click IDs (gclid) and reports booked moves back to Google as conversions; UTM and FBCLID capture and an unbilled-revenue sweep are not publicly documented in Elromco’s materials as of October 27, 2026. Movegistics AI carries UTM, GCLID, FBCLID and the Google Measurement ID from the lead through to the Work Request, and reports per-job margin, estimate versus actual, commissions and completed jobs that were never invoiced.

Is Movegistics AI a good Elromco alternative?

It depends on where your operation is complex. Movegistics AI is the stronger choice for movers running interstate under van line authority, international lanes, commercial line-item pricing, item-level chain of custody across shipments, or a warehouse managed as a revenue center. Elromco is the stronger choice for local and long-distance residential operations that compete on instant online quoting and self-service booking.

Can I switch from Elromco to Movegistics AI?

Yes. Data migration is part of onboarding. Bring your current platform’s gaps to the demo and we’ll show you specifically how they close.
