September 2026 shipped 24 releases across five release days, and the month has a clear shape: visibility. Multi-location owners got a single dashboard. Sales managers got a pipeline they can drag and drop. Office staff got a home for every Bill of Lading and the ability to fix crew clock times without calling the field. And the money side, from job costing to sales tax to card fees, got more automatic and easier to explain to a customer. This roundup is the operator’s version: what shipped, why it matters, and where to find it in the CRM. Full step-by-step release notes live on the Movegistics AI Product Updates board.

If you only read three sections, read these: the Bill of Lading module and BOL dates, the Centralized Dashboard, and automatic resource costing and origin-based sales tax.

Bill of Lading & Move-Day Documentation

The Bill of Lading Module (September 30)

Based on customer feedback, a new BOL module under Operations lists every Bill of Lading in the system with its type, status, linked work orders, and route, filterable and searchable the way Estimates are. On the work order, the Bill of Lading section is now a full card showing the amount, BOL number, status and type badges, the sent timestamp, and one-click View PDF and Send Link actions. The whole lifecycle, from Created to Sent to Signed and from Pre Move to Post Move, is visible without opening a single PDF.

BOL Dates for Interstate Moves (September 30)

For Interstate service types, Add Multi Day Move gains a BOL Dates section: First Available Delivery Date plus a Guaranteed Service Date From and To range. Each working day carries a Pack / Pick Up / Delivery / None selector that decides which column of the Bill of Lading’s Important Dates table the date lands in, and the Crew App fills in the Actual P/U Date automatically when the crew runs Load or Unload activities. The BOL supports both a specific guaranteed delivery date and a guaranteed service window.

On-Site Exception Notes on the Bill of Lading (September 10)

The Crew App’s Forms and Documents section now includes an Exceptions/Description field on both the origin and destination acknowledgements. Whatever the supervisor notes on move day flows into the Bill of Lading PDF between the standard language and the shipper’s signature line, so the customer signs directly beneath the noted condition.

TSP Review & Sign for Military Shipments (September 15)

The TSP and driver signature fields on the DoD forms can now be completed electronically through a dedicated TSP Portal that mirrors the customer review-and-sign experience. Drivers sign from the app while the shipment is in motion, TSPs sign from the closeout email, and every signature saves back to the shipment record automatically. It extends the Military Shipment Workflow and digital DoD forms released in July.

Bill of Lading Confirmation, Tips, and Timing

Two smaller September releases round out the field-documentation picture. Settings → Crew App → General now lets you choose whether the Rating & Review popup and the Pay Now button appear on the First, Last, or All work orders of a multi-day job (September 24), and every card in the Crew App’s Jobs list gained a contact icon that opens the customer’s name, phone, email, and company with Call, SMS, and Email buttons (September 24).

QR Digital Inventory

Concurrent Stages & Stage Board for Household Goods (September 30)

A new Household Goods shipment type in Mover Inventory is built for shipments where items arrive and leave continuously. Crews move any selection of items between stages whenever they are ready, or jump the shipment to any stage, forward or back. In the CMS, a new Stage Board tab shows the whole shipment as a kanban with per-stage PDF printing and a full history of who moved what and when.

Assigned Shipments per Worker (September 15)

The Mover Inventory CMS Users Management screen gains an Assigned Shipments column showing how many active shipments each worker is on. Click the number to see every assignment: the stage, whether it is in progress or completed, the worker’s role, and when they were assigned.

Multi-Location Visibility & Sales

Centralized Dashboard (September 10)

Multi-location companies now have a single command center: a fourth Dashboard tab, alongside Overview, Sales, and Leader Board. It rolls every location into one view with the full work request funnel from request to booked, revenue and conversion against the prior period, a location-by-location league table, survey-type performance, and leaderboards for top reps and lead sources. Filter by location, source, service, user, UTM campaign, or any date range.

Kanban View for Work Requests (September 3)

One of the most-requested features: Sales → Work Requests can now be viewed as a board, with each request as a card under its pipeline stage. Drag a card to move it, watch each column’s live count and dollar total, filter to the leads that need attention, and clean up stale requests in bulk. It works with Advanced Filters, Quick Filters, and Saved Views.

Lead Lifecycle Report and Leads Report (September 3 and 15)

Two new reports under Sales → Reports. The Lead Lifecycle Report shows one row per lead with every milestone date from creation through completion and compares estimated value with actual revenue, covering both Lead-module leads and directly created work requests. The Leads Report lists every lead with contact details, origin and destination, key dates, referral source, and status, filterable by created date and exportable.

Hide Fields per Location (September 24)

Every custom and module field now has a Locations selector. Pick the locations where a field should be hidden, and it disappears from that module’s pages for those locations while staying visible everywhere else, all from one central Fields screen.

Costing, Tax, Payments & Estimates

Automatic Resource Costing (September 10)

Vehicles, Tools, and Equipment records now carry their own Pay Rate and Pay Rate Type (Per Hour or Per Day). When a work order with those resources assigned is dispatched and completed, the Expenses tab fills itself in with one line per assigned resource, with the configured rate and calculated total already in place.

Origin-Based Sales Tax (September 10)

Maintain a city-by-city list under Settings → General → Sales Tax, and Movegistics applies the right rate automatically from the work request’s origin address. When the origin city is not on the list, the system falls back to your location’s sales tax percentage. The rate flows through Move Pricing, Work Order Pricing, Income, and Invoices.

Transparent Convenience Fees (September 30)

Credit card convenience fees are now calculated per card payment and shown with a full breakup. Estimate deposits display the actual deposit, the fee, and the total, Request Payment and Receive Payment gain an “amount includes fees” toggle, and the Income screen and Payments list separate amount received, fee, and actual payment.

Commission Transparency (September 30)

On the work order Expenses tab, every Worker, Sales, and Contractor commission row now has a Description naming the pricing categories it comes from, with the calculated amount filled into the Rate column. A View Calculation window shows each category’s base amount, commission percentage, and dollar amount, and you can add a worker and commission plan in-line and click Calculate Commission.

Quick Edit on the Estimate Preview (September 30)

The Estimate Preview step gains a Quick Edit panel beside the rendered PDF for the title, expiration date, send-from address, contact details, display options, deposit, and every text section. The PDF regenerates instantly and the change is saved into the estimate. A new check warns when an estimate would expire before its first activity date.

Default Pricing Load Type per Service Type (September 15)

Each Service Type can now default to Rate Table, Movegistics Tariff, or the new Manual Pricing, so Local can open on your hourly rate table and Interstate on your tariff without switching each time.

A Cleaner Finish to the Estimate E-Sign Flow (September 15)

The customer-facing estimate flow now ends on a single Final Confirmation tab (formerly Pay Deposit) with the thank-you message, the deposit section when one is due, and the View Resources and Download Estimate PDF buttons. Once the deposit is received, the tab flips to Confirmed.

Edit Crew Activities from the CRM (September 30)

Based on customer feedback, the work order’s Activities tab lets operations staff edit any crew activity: clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, hourly rate, the activity itself, and the assigned crew. The billed amount recalculates instantly and syncs to the Crew App.

Everyday Workflow Improvements

  • Note Templates on Work Orders (September 15): a Select Note Template dropdown on Edit Work Order pulls from the templates under Settings → Sales → Notes.
  • Clickable Links in Notes, Call Logs & Follow-Up Logs (September 15): URLs now display as blue links that open on click.
  • Associate a Company on the Contact Details Step (September 15): the Company field sits beside the Contact card when creating a work request, with one-click associate or inline company creation.

Just Shipped: Early October

Five more releases landed on October 5, after the September count above: Bingo Sheet View, a live grid of numbered item blocks (grey unscanned, green scanned, red exception) that stays in sync across the Mover Inventory app, the CMS, and the Customer Portal; a “No Exception” option for Property Exceptions so crews can record a signed, damage-free walkthrough; CP/PBO presets for Carton items with matching shipment item filters; Carry Exception Photos to Item Level, which saves exception photos as the item photo too; and Sent Items, a searchable audit trail of every outbound email and text with delivery status and an exact-as-sent preview. They will be covered in the October roundup.
